A árvore Do Conhecimento (The Tree Of Knowledge)

Gaspard, a teenager from the outskirts of Lisbon, falls into the hands of the Ogre, a man who has made a pact with the Devil. The Ogre exploits the boy to attract tourists, whom he then transforms into animals before killing them. Gaspard manages to escape with a donkey and a dog he has grown fond of and, in an enchanted mansion, he encounters the spirit of Queen D. Maria I. Meanwhile, blinded by rage, the Ogre sets out in pursuit.
